“Knock-that-cold-or-flu-out ” Ginger Tea

                This is the best cure, – or if you catch it early , prevention –  of any sinus or chest related flu, that really annoying cold or when for you feel cold from the inside after a whole day outside in the cold, fresh air. I got this recipie from a workshop I attended years ago at Vlam in de Pan in Haarlem, and it has rescued me and numerous friends and family ever since – Femke, I owe you forever :-)! Ingredients: 3 tbspns of grated, fresh organic ginger 1 litre of water 3 tbspns of honey Juice from 2 oranges or 1 lemon A pinch of black pepper Allow the grated ginger to boil in the water for 10 minutes. Strain the ginger ,and also push as much fluid out as you can once the ginger is in the strainer, to make sure you get as much as possible of the ginger in your potion :-).
